ESCC is planning to reopen with select services the week of May 18th. It has been a long and difficult several weeks for everyone. Our staff is ready to get back to what we do best  - providing our patients with a safe, comfortable, professional environment that serves you and your skin care needs. Read on for what's to come when we reopen...

 

 

 




New Procedures to Protect the Health and Safety of Our Patients

Although we have always taken pride in our clean office and professional standards we have ramped things up to reassure you that we are maintaining safe practices for our patients and staff, including:

  • Thoroughly sanitizing our entire office – from lobby to treatment rooms after each patient and at the end of the day

  • Wearing masks when providing treatments and using good hand washing techniques

  • Booking patients so the waiting room allows for safe distancing - if too many people are in the waiting room, we will utilize other areas of our office including treatment rooms for patient waiting

  • Sanitizing the credit card machine and pens after each use

  • Temporarily eliminating magazines in the waiting area

  • None of our staff will come to work if they show any signs of an illness or fever

What We're Asking of Our Patients

  • Please CANCEL your appointment if you are showing any signs of an illness. We will gladly reschedule.

  • Please come to our office alone. Do not bring significant others or children into the building.

  • Please wear a mask in the waiting area and when checking out. We will ask that you keep the mask on if your treatment allows – such as hair removal on areas other than the face.

  • If you arrive early for your appointment, please call our office from your car – we will let you know if your provider is ready for you.

  • Please handle your Aspire Rewards (Dysport® & filler) or Brilliant Distinction Rewards (SkinMedica) before you come into the office. We will be happy to walk you through it over the phone if you need help.

Thank you all so much for your patience the past six weeks. As a small business we were confronted with challenges we never anticipated. The calls, emails and Facebook messages of support and kindness have meant so much! It was one of the things that gave us hope of returning better and stronger than ever!

Aspire Rewards Dates Extended

Aspire Rewards has notified us that they are extending the expiration dates on rewards money and some coupon rebates. Please check your account even if you think your rewards may have expired.



Birthday Coupons Extended

We will honor 2020 March and April birthday coupons through June 30th.

 


Attention Sculptra® Patients

The factory that manufactures Sculptra is located in Italy and has been temporarily converted to making emergency medical supplies. As a result, we do not have a huge stock of Sculptra and aren’t expecting to receive more for about six months. The amounts we have on hand will be prioritized for patients that are in the middle of their treatment series so they can continue to get good results. If you are interested in Sculptra, we can discuss traditional filler as an alternative until Sculptra is more readily available.


Rescheduling Appointments

We have a record of each appointment that was canceled due to our closure. Rescheduling will be prioritized according to when the original appointment was scheduled as much as possible. If necessary we will add extra hours to accommodate more patients.
